I have had soul food before. Yet, I've never had a soul exercise or soul massage in my life. During my Quantum Tantra session with Jeffrey, he provided both at the same time. Jeffrey's tender assertiveness gave me the confidence to push through difficult emotional blockages that I was resistant to letting go of.
